Requirements
  • A high school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • At least two years of leadership experience are required, including managing direct reports and delivering face-to-face customer service.
  • Strong business and financial acumen are required, including the ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, assess risks, and make sound business decisions.
  • The role requires the ability to lead teams, build effective partnerships, and achieve results through collaboration and accountability.
  • The role requires initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to align decisions with organizational goals.
  • The role requires effective communication and productive relationships with leaders, peers, employees, partners, and customers.

  • The role requires the ability to remain on one's feet in a concrete facility for the entire work shift.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily Car Care operations, including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.
  • Monitor sales and financial results, implementing action plans to achieve performance and profitability goals.
  • Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage employees to maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Partner with Area and Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns, addressing complaints, and identifying opportunities to meet additional member and customer needs.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
Desired Qualifications
