  • Experience applying automation, evidence pipelines, and governance, risk, and compliance platforms to scale audit readiness.
  • Ability to work credibly with Engineering and Product on technical controls while communicating with executives, auditors, and customers.
  • Sound judgment in balancing rigor with pragmatism and determining when control gaps require remediation versus risk acceptance and documentation.
  • At least 10 years of experience in security compliance, audit, or information security within an enterprise software-as-a-service environment.
  • Deep expertise in security and IT compliance frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and Sarbanes-Oxley IT General Controls.

  • Own the end-to-end audit lifecycle across the portfolio, including scoping, control mapping, evidence collection, control operation, auditor coordination, issue remediation, and final reporting.
  • Manage external auditors and certification bodies as the primary point of accountability, negotiating scope, timelines, and sampling and driving defensible outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a shared, cross-framework control set so a single control can satisfy multiple obligations and reduce duplicate evidence and audit fatigue.
  • Mature Sarbanes-Oxley / IT General Controls compliance in partnership with Internal Audit, Finance, and control owners, ensuring controls over financially relevant systems are designed, operating, and effectively evidenced.
  • Stand up and scale emerging frameworks, including ISO 42001 for AI management systems, by aligning AI governance and responsible-AI practices with certification requirements.
  • Drive continuous compliance through automation, evidence pipelines, process improvements, and governance, risk, and compliance tooling.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Cloud Platform, Privacy, Legal, Internal Audit, and Customer Trust to embed control requirements into service development and operation.
  • Prepare clear compliance reporting for executives, customers, and regulators; mature customer-audit support; and enable Sales and Customer Trust with current attestations and evidence.

Blue Yonder provides an end-to-end digital fulfillment platform for supply chains, helping retailers, manufacturers, and logistics providers plan, execute, and deliver more efficiently through its Luminate Platform. It uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to forecast disruptions and optimize planning across forecasting, inventory, workforce, and logistics, giving a unified view by integrating planning and execution. Its approach combines science-based forecasting with a scalable, data-driven platform that covers the entire supply chain rather than point solutions, supported by its integration into JDA Software and Panasonic. Blue Yonder builds AI model training factory with NVIDIA to power autonomous supply chains

Blue Yonder has launched its Model Training Factory, built on NVIDIA Nemotron, to develop specialised AI agents for autonomous supply chains. The system combines NVIDIA's open-source models and NeMo AI tools with Blue Yonder's supply chain expertise to create fine-tuned models that can execute complex workflows. The factory uses NVIDIA's agentic AI stack to train models for specific supply chain tasks, from warehouse decisions to planning operations. Models are trained on synthetic data and evaluated before deployment, offering a cost-effective alternative to large frontier models whilst maintaining precision and speed. Blue Yonder plans to deploy initial models for warehouse management workflows later this year, addressing high-frequency decisions around inventory exceptions and allocation. The company says its approach creates reusable AI training signals that encode operational expertise across supply chain domains.
