About the Role
As Founding BizOps Lead at Anon, you’ll shape our business operations and strategy while working closely with the co-founders. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, as you build and scale critical business functions during a period of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Excellence
Own critical business functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations
Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency
Manage essential operations like payroll, expenses, contracts, and compliance
Build infrastructure and processes that enable company growth
Strategic Leadership & Analytics
Partner with founders on company strategy and operational decisions
Drive data-informed decision making through robust metrics and KPIs
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization
Develop and maintain key business reporting across functions
Cross-functional Impact
Work closely with Product and Growth teams on company-wide initiatives
Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders
Drive operational excellence across departments
Champion efficient collaboration between business and technical teams
What We’re Looking For
2-4 years experience in as a founder or early employee at a startup; we will also consider management consulting, or investment banking
Track record of ownership and execution in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Proficiency with modern tools (Linear, Mixpanel, Notion, Google Sheets)
Experience with AI tools and platforms is a plus
Willingness to work night and weekends with a high-commitment attitude
Startup or founder experience highly valued
