So, what’s the role?
As a Revenue Operations Manager with Kin, you will primarily own increasing the quantity and quality of leads that connect with our sales agents, which are known as assignments. To do this, you will work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and the Revenue Operations Systems team to design and implement data-driven strategies that optimize key parts of Kin’s acquisition funnel. In addition, you will work with Sales Directors to identify new opportunities and streamline processes to improve sales agent efficiency
A day in the life could include:
Developing new A/B tests to improve assignment rate for a specific segment of leads
Working with Sales leaders to change lead routing in order to improve conversion rates
Debriefing senior leadership on assignment performance through writing narrative memos
Managing and coaching a team of analysts to support RevOps initiatives
Optimizing a decline monetization funnel
I’ve got the skills… but do I have the necessary ones?
3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing
Operations, Business Operations, Operational Finance, or similar roles
Data-driven decision maker, and able to use data to inform creative solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
Bonus Points:
Experience working in a hypergrowth environment
Experience working with Sales organizations
