  • 1-2 years of experience as a stock administrator, or other equity professional
  • CEP Level 1 preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Equity Edge Online preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
  • Provide excellent customer service to all equity participants
  • A team player attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain equity database and ensure that transactions are correctly processed in a timely manner
  • Review new hire accounts imported into Equity Edge Online
  • Prepare and process equity awards, option exercises, terminations
  • Assist with RSU release preparation
  • Accurately and timely report tax withholding and reporting to Payroll and Finance
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for business partners on a timely basis
  • Assist in administering semi-annual ESPP purchases
  • Maintain and update the Employee Stock Information Portal
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly equity activity Ensure and maintain SOX Compliance
  • Maintain and update equity procedures
  • Respond to employee inquires and requests for information
