Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Supply Chain Management preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management preferred
  • Experience with industrial products, manufacturing environments, customers, and vendors required
  • Leadership and direct people management experience preferred
  • ERP experience required; Epicor experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in industrial and warehouse environments as needed
  • Clear motor vehicle history required
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage supply chain strategies that support operational and business objectives
  • Oversee sourcing, procurement, supplier management, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, and MRO
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of direct and indirect materials
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance
  • Partner with production, engineering, project management, and operations to forecast material demand
  • Understand and work within the ERP system for supply chain management
  • Develop ERP system beyond current functionality
  • Analyze supply chain data and develop reporting around inventory turns, delivery performance, supplier performance, and cost savings
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements across supply chain functions
  • Lead supplier negotiations related to pricing, delivery schedules, contracts, and service expectations
  • Manage supply chain risk through contingency planning and supplier diversification
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate team members while ensuring operational continuity
