Requirements
  • A completed degree in computer science or natural sciences such as mathematics, physics, or chemistry, or completed vocational training as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a software developer using Java.
  • Very good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, and automation, preferably using GitHub.
  • Knowledge of REST and SQL is desirable.
  • Knowledge of modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or DICOM is desirable.
  • Very good German language skills.
Responsibilities
  • Further develop the Dedalus ace communication server.
  • Modernize the system architecture and further develop central system components.
  • Implement automated tests.
  • Analyze requirements for interoperability solutions in the healthcare context.
  • Analyze errors, debug, and maintain existing software components.
  • Document developed solutions and technical processes.
  • Contribute to further developing the architecture of the communication server.
