Requirements
  • Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740.
  • Support U.S. tax compliance, reporting, and tax planning initiatives.
  • Research tax issues and summarize findings for the Tax Manager.
  • Analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and identify opportunities to improve accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business partners, external advisors, and finance teams to gather and validate tax information.
  • Help automate and improve tax processes by streamlining workpapers, reports, and recurring tasks.
  • Contribute to projects that strengthen efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence across the tax function.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Tax.
  • Have up to three years of accounting or tax experience within a Top 10 public accounting firm or a multinational public or private organization.
  • Be eligible to sit for the Certified Public Accountant exam.
  • Have a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and tax software.
  • Have analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have an interest in leveraging technology and automation to improve processes.

Pyrotek showcases acoustic expertise at Inter-Noise 2026. * 17 August 2026 * 26 minutes Connecting with the acoustics community at Inter-Noise 2026. Bringing together researchers, engineers, industry professionals and acoustics specialists, Inter-Noise 2026 provided an excellent opportunity to explore the latest developments in noise and vibration control while discussing the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. This year's theme, "From the outback to the ocean," captured the diverse environments and applications where noise and vibration challenges need to be addressed. Pyrotek was proud to be a Bronze Sponsor of Inter-Noise 2026, supporting both Inter-Noise and the Australian Acoustical Society (AAS). One of the highlights of the congress was the breadth of knowledge and perspectives shared throughout the program. With insightful keynote and plenary addresses from leading researchers, and opportunities for discussion and collaboration, there was plenty for the attendees to take away from the week. Showcasing Pyrotek's acoustic solutions. Pyrotek was represented at Inter-Noise 2026 by Business Development Manager Alexander Rasa from its Sydney team, along with Melbourne based Technical Manager Michael Kierzkowski and its newest Sales Engineer, Kamahl Mashni. Pyrotek incorporated expands in Aurora. Pyrotek specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of advanced equipment for handling molten metals, particularly centrifugal pumps and degassing systems used in aluminum, zinc, and lead operations. As the company evaluated options for growth, it considered both its existing Aurora complex and out-of-state alternatives. Team NEO partnered with Pyrotek to help build the business case for Northeast Ohio, which included securing strategic incentive support. As a result of this partnership, the company chose to expand here in Portage County.
