- A high school diploma is required.
- At least 1 year of experience and/or exposure to working with children is required.
- Comfort working with children or individuals with special needs is required.
- Ability and commitment to complete a 40-hour training course to obtain certification is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting is required.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
- Pass a background check.
- Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one and group settings while following behavior reduction plans and protocols.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company-issued tablets and complete daily session notes.
- Communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and parents while attending staff meetings and trainings.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
