Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate schedule, provide oversight on personnel matters, establish priorities and resources between multiple vendors and subcontractors, and manage deliverables
• Report status, develop program/project-related documentation, and maintain production and quality metrics for assigned project
• Establish an agile project set-up for a cross-discipline technical team
• Orchestrate/develop operational data calls, report outs, and performance products as required to support the client
• Ensure that contract service, quality, and performance requirements are met
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Government’s program managers, representatives, and authorizing officials
• Work cooperatively with the PM in developing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures in accordance with contract parameters
• Work with human resources and talent acquisition to manage and oversee the recruitment, hiring, retention, and training of employees to assure compliance with contract requirements and HR policies
• Have a high attention to detail, working closely with plans, operations and technical stakeholders to drive measurable results
• Produce high-quality, well-written technical documentation
• Work effectively within a delivery-centric, multi-functional team
• Work in a fast-paced Agile environment with fluid requirements and changing priorities

Required Skills/Experience: 

• Active TS/SCI clearance, willing to sit for CI Poly
• 5+ years of technical experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences for collaborating with team members and customers.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification within 30 days

Desired Skills/Experience: 

• Security+ Certification
• TS/SCI w CI Poly Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred- or equivalent years of experience and certifications
