Collaborates on agent and customer experience results for Sentry’s personal lines products.
This position will be located in either our Stevens Point, WI or Madison, WI office locations.

Leverage expert knowledge in the industry within assigned states, speaking to competitors market share, unique capabilities, and business profile.
Identify opportunities to expand product risk appetite to appeal to a wider range of customers and generate profitable growth in multiple distribution channels across products.
Collaborate with product manager(s) on any related product implementation efforts within assigned states.
Prepared distribution channel-specific marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics, as well as revenue projections.
Provides leadership and guidance to cross functional teams in an effort to improve new business growth, customer retention and premium goals.
Work with others across the business (EX: Legal, IT, Operations, and Marketing) to facilitate development of unique processes and workflows for alternative distribution sources when applicable.
Collaborates with others across the business on regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership in market research and evaluation, collaborating extensively with product and marketing analysts in order to fully leverage state and product level market data.
What it Takes:
Bachelor’s, Degree or equivalent work experience, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline.
MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years of related work experience
Insurance industry experience to include state management, business development, or product management
Superior leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills with proven ability to effectively communicate, develop relationships and make data driven decisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to meet travel requirements of the position
