  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Technology, Economics, or related subject preferred but not required)(candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)
  • 1+ years of professional work experience, preferably in business, energy or environmental work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to carry out oral and written instructions thoroughly.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communications.
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
  • Energy efficiency program implementation experience.
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills.
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the IT Delivery team to coordinate, track, and resolve action items in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers and IT Business Analysts to create and review IT Delivery tickets in JIRA.
  • Ensure there is consistent and proper communication between the program and IT teams.
  • Follow up on tickets and communicate status updates to all teams.
  • Assist in testing IT Delivery tickets to ensure all requirements are met before deploying.
  • Lead weekly meetings with IT Business Analysts and program teams to review ticket statuses.
  • Troubleshoot IT Delivery requests when able, such as addressing quick fixes in Sightline Tracking.
  • Update program correspondence workflows in Sightline Tracking and correct issues when flagged.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking.
  • Assist in preparation and delivery of internal and client presentations.
  • Ensure key performance indicators are met by continuous review of operational success.
  • Document operational processes and implement streamlined processes where applicable.
  • Maintain and update shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff has access to the latest versions of materials.
  • Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed.
