- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience)
- At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills
- Missouri nursing license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Current certifications per department requirements
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Lead and coordinate front-line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7
- Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team
- Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence-based practice, and resource stewardship
- Be the go-to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership
- Specialty Certification (a plus but not required)
