  • Licensed and registered professional engineer
  • Experience advising HVAC technicians in troubleshooting system malfunctions
  • Certified in LEED for Building Operations and Maintenance
  • Minimum of five years of related experience
  • Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI access
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject-matter-expert on all mechanical systems
  • Advise contractor's HVAC technicians in troubleshooting system malfunctions
  • Review preventive/predictive maintenance plans
  • Perform overall capacity management and ensure compliance with code requirements and original design intent
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AUTOCAD, BIM and Revit applications and standards is a plus
  • An active DoD TS/SCI w/ CI poly is preferred
  • Knowledge of various preventive maintenance models desirable
