Finvari offers a free, fully integrated corporate card and expense management platform tailored for the construction industry. It connects in real time with construction ERPs, eliminating expense reports for general contractors and subcontractors. The system combines card usage with automated expense capture, approvals, and reconciliation directly within ERP workflows, reducing manual data entry and delays. Unlike generic expense tools, Finvari targets medium to large construction firms and their supply chain, providing seamless ERP integration without implementation fees, per-user charges, monthly subscriptions, or prepayment requirements. The company's goal is to remove the burden of expense reporting and streamline financial processes for construction projects.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Finvari sponsored Acumatica Summit 2026, strengthening access to construction ERP buyers.
  • January-February 2026 content shows active product positioning around CMiC and contractor finance.
  • Open roles in sales, product, and engineering indicate ongoing expansion, not retrenchment.

What critics are saying

  • Finvari still depends on proving repeatable enterprise adoption beyond one Pogue Construction story.
  • Hiring across sales and product signals execution pressure before competitors copy construction-specific workflows.
  • Free platform messaging risks monetization weakness if contractors resist paid software later.

What makes Finvari unique

  • Finvari targets construction, not generic spend software, with ERP integrations for contractors.
  • Its platform unifies corporate cards, expense management, and AP invoice automation for construction teams.
  • Pogue Construction says Finvari eliminated expense reports and required little field training.
