  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering a plus.
  • 5 years of CADD/Civil 3D training required.
  • Unrivaled client service skills.
  • Expert AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Microstation a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and teach Civil 3D classes for both new and experienced users.
  • Work with users one on one to trouble shoot, as well as increase their knowledge and efficiency in Civil 3D.
  • Advise and assist Civil 3D users with most efficient process and methods.
  • Works with IT on managing hardware and software licensing.
  • Provide technical support for Civil 3D users.
  • Identify and implement cost savings initiatives for Civil 3D systems.
  • Develop and implement Civil 3D Standards.
  • Collaborate with designers/drafters, design engineers, and IT to promote integration, facilitate communications and resolve critical issues.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to make Civil 3D production processes more efficient.
  • Emphasize continuous quality improvement; monitor drawings and filing standards and implement quality control programs.
  • Establish Civil 3D performance goals that support division and project objectives.
Desired Qualifications
