Responsibilities
  • Manage Google Workspace, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and endpoint security tools.
  • Oversee employee account onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage the purchasing, distribution, collection, and secure wiping of laptops.
  • Maintain the wireless and wired networking setup in our San Francisco office.
  • Help troubleshoot hardware, OS, and authentication issues.
  • Assist with the IT side of SOC 2 compliance and facilitate employee security training.
