  • A degree from a university or a project management certificate (PMP) or equivalent is required.
  • Four to seven years of project management experience are required.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Prepare the budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs to meet the budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders.
  • Assign tasks to team members and communicate the expected deliverables.
  • Support and contribute to a company-wide safety culture by following established safety standards, policies, and best practices, helping ensure a safe environment for employees, clients, and the public.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by communicating expected deliverables.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Solve problems individually and as part of a team.
  • Lead meetings and take detailed notes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, internal team members, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with technical team leads and maintain effective communication with them.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles that may affect the project and implement proactive measures to address risks and ensure project continuity.
Desired Qualifications
  • Project management experience in the engineering or construction industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Planner Premium.
  • Experience in the electrical, structural, or mechanical industry.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
