  • Craft product vision, strategy, and roadmap: Develop, manage, and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Siteimprove platform onboarding and lifecycle experience
  • Guide implementation: Inspire and guide the engineering team to implement the product roadmap as a product owner in a scaled agile context, validating approaches with external and internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
  • Orchestrate product launches: Engage stakeholders across engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and other functional areas to ensure product launches are executed effectively. Includes crafting select internal enablement materials
  • Monitor performance: Define KPIs and monitor performance of the onboarding and lifecycle process. Leverage comprehensive usage data to identify opportunities for improved customer time-to-value and maturity
  • Three or more years of product management experience on revenue-generating enterprise software products
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Can be present in the Bellevue, WA office at least three days/week
  • Excellent verbal and written English
