Responsibilities
- Provisioning and de-provisioning processes: Steps and considerations for generating and tearing down platform instances triggered by CRM and other internal integrations. Includes demo and trial workflows
- Customer-facing and internal configuration and lifecycle management: Configuration and management of key platform components and processes. Includes definition of websites targeted for assessment and the management and reporting of processes that perform those assessments (ex: Siteimprove web crawler). Includes customer-facing and internal-driven (ex: Sales engineering, customer support) configuration
- Customer-facing license/subscription management: Exposing license/contract information and usage in-product. Automated disabling/enabling of products and features driven by CRM and other internal integrations
- Support tooling: Internal support tools for troubleshooting platform provisioning and lifecycle issues
- User identity and access management: User onboarding experience, profile management, and administration. User authentication and role-based access control
- Tags and grouping: Cross-product grouping concepts and mechanisms. Includes rules-based dynamic collections (ex: matching criteria to group web pages related to a marketing campaign)
- Elicit customer stakeholder needs: Engage existing and potential customers across Siteimprove's target segments to deeply understand their onboarding workflows, needs, urgency, and value
- Incorporate internal stakeholder needs and processes: Engage with sales, customer success, professional services, product, and engineering stakeholders to understand customer onboarding systems and processes, and drive automation for efficient platform lifecycle management
- Craft product vision, strategy, and roadmap: Develop, manage, and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Siteimprove platform onboarding and lifecycle experience
- Guide implementation: Inspire and guide the engineering team to implement the product roadmap as a product owner in a scaled agile context, validating approaches with external and internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
- Orchestrate product launches: Engage stakeholders across engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and other functional areas to ensure product launches are executed effectively. Includes crafting select internal enablement materials
- Monitor performance: Define KPIs and monitor performance of the onboarding and lifecycle process. Leverage comprehensive usage data to identify opportunities for improved customer time-to-value and maturity
- Three or more years of product management experience on revenue-generating enterprise software products
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Can be present in the Bellevue, WA office at least three days/week
- Excellent verbal and written English
- You have deep customer empathy, understanding and championing their needs across the organization
- You are a systems thinker, able to take a holistic approach to analyzing problems, understanding on how many complex technology concepts and components interrelate and produce outcomes
- You have technical depth to engage engineering in solution brainstorming and validation
- You have an eye for great user-centered design. You set high expectations for refinement in user experience
- You have strong project management skills. You exemplify the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution. You can roll up your sleeves and get it done
