Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building products in fast-paced environment with high ownership mentality or deep experience working with SaaS products with a demonstrated interest in building products
- Experience acting as a product lead over teams building APIs and a willingness to interact directly with those APIs at a technical level
- Grit, determination, and high accountability; you're willing to roll up your sleeves and have a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
- Organization: You turn chaos and ambiguity into structure and clarity
- Strong natural product sense and innate curiosity combined with customer- and problem-centricity; you correctly prioritize problems and their solutions with ease

Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle product management efforts and oversee execution for some of our core platform functionalities including search, listing management, and how users engage with, analyze and understand real estate data. The data component is especially important here, as you'll be working with the teams delivering external APIs with our vendors, ingesting data from APIs + working with internal data
- Build clarity: Articulate the right problems to solve to hit goals and identify the next steps required to solve them via clear written and verbal communication
- Understand customer use cases and translate and synthesize those into crisp written product requirements
- Collaborate
- Internally with your design and engineering counterparts to solve problems, compromise where needed, and find the optimal path to shipping the features brokers nationwide will use to serve their clients every day
- Externally, you'll be engaging with product leadership in client organizations to understand and translate their needs and priorities into solutions and an executable roadmap
