We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Strategy Lead to join our Asset Servicing business supporting our Enterprise Custody Platform team. This role is located in New York, NY, Boston, MA, Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Working closely with the EPO, supporting the execution of the Platform, including the Quarterly Platform Review Process, measuring Objectives and Key Results and helping to solution any escalation items
• Aligns of Platform strategy with overall enterprise priorities 
• Drive growth agenda and improved margins 
• Provides strategic oversight and guidance on the development of key performance indicators;  serves as strategic advisor in goal setting activities for the Platform
• Leads key strategic initiatives in the planning, analysis, implementation, integration and measurement of the overall Platform Strategy and roadmap 
• Provides solutions/recommendations for complex business initiatives for the Platform, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
• Understands external trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics and is able totranslate implications for the specific Platform 
• Develops and ensures the execution of the Platform strategy to deliver the OKRs
• Utilizes a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of multiple areas across disciplines to achieve strategic vision of the Platform keeps abreast of contemporary concepts in business strategy and management and applies these to develop innovative solutions and transformation plans and roadmaps
  
   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Deep knowledge of Custody and Custody related services preferred 
• Experience in management consulting, business administration or strategic planning 
• Understanding of business procedures and operations
• Leadership and influencing skills

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $275,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
