  • Experience in construction scheduling, dispatching, workforce coordination, or construction administration.
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning, scheduling, or project management software.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction operations.
  • Understanding of construction safety requirements and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly manpower schedules for multiple construction projects.
  • Coordinate labor assignments with the Construction Superintendent based on project priorities, manpower needs, employee skill sets, certifications, and availability.
  • Assist with balancing workforce utilization across multiple active projects.
  • Communicate schedule updates and workforce changes to field personnel and project teams.
  • Track employee certifications, licensing requirements, and training to ensure qualified personnel are assigned appropriately.
  • Assist with planning manpower needs for upcoming projects and anticipated workload.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new field employees.
  • Maintain current workforce and resource information for construction leadership.
  • Verify employee time entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with field personnel and payroll to resolve timekeeping discrepancies.
  • Maintain workforce reports, manpower tracking, and scheduling documentation.
  • Generate labor utilization and staffing reports for construction leadership.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between field personnel, Superintendents, Project Managers, and office staff regarding manpower scheduling.
  • Assist with project startup documentation and other departmental administrative functions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve scheduling processes and workforce efficiency.
  • Assist construction leadership with special projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
