  • Knowledge of full stack web development practices (Frontend and Backend)

  • Speed - Improving our systems to get data into an advertiser's hands in minutes or seconds
  • Data Retention - Providing unlimited access to an advertiser's historical data
  • New Functionality - Give advertisers more tools to slice and dice their data
  • Product Quality - Build enhancements to existing features for better ease of use
  • Build and lead a team of frontend, backend, and full stack engineers from scratch
  • Partner with our data processing and data warehousing teams to make data available to advertisers
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to discover and build new reporting products
  • Establish a team culture that prioritizes moving fast, solving customer problems, and delivering high quality products
  • Participate in the full development cycle: product ideation, design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You'll be reviewing code, writing design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks, and generally helping out wherever is needed
