Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive Sales Development strategy
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing SDRs
  • Implement effective training programs, coaching methodologies, and performance management frameworks
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Optimize the lead qualification process
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform broader sales and business strategies
  • Embrace new technologies and methodologies to enhance the SDR program
