Requirements
  • A Bac+5 qualification from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the reliability of financial and extra-financial data produced by entities, business functions, and central functions.
  • Build an integrated view of performance by connecting results, cash, balance sheet, capital expenditure, inventory, and key extra-financial indicators.
  • Supervise closings, forecasts, budgets, and plans while aligning economic performance with the ESG trajectory.
  • Analyze variances, identify risks or inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions.
  • Produce analyses and reports for the Chief Financial Officer and General Management to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to implementing the management and reporting framework required by the CSRD.
  • Help define indicators, management rules, production responsibilities, and control systems for extra-financial data.
  • Ensure the reliability of sustainability-data collection, consolidation, documentation, and review processes.
  • Ensure consistency between financial reporting, sustainability reporting, and data governance.
  • Lead the Group's statutory and management consolidation process.
  • Define and update closing instructions, the calendar, reporting rules, and consolidation principles.
  • Guarantee the quality of reporting packages, adjustments, intercompany eliminations, and related documentation.
  • Supervise the production of consolidated statements and analyses for the Chief Financial Officer, General Management, shareholders, and auditors.
  • Act as the technical consolidation expert and support changes affecting financial production.
  • Build and maintain the Group's internal-control framework for key finance, data, and business processes.
  • Map financial, operational, regulatory, and extra-financial risks, then define key controls and related remediation plans.
  • Lead testing campaigns, evaluate control effectiveness, and monitor action plans.
  • Promote a pragmatic, risk-oriented internal-control culture across the Group.
  • Act as the primary contact for statutory auditors on financial control, consolidation, internal control, and data reliability matters.
  • Coordinate audit work and secure the quality of submitted materials and responses.
  • Prepare summary and decision-support materials for the Chief Financial Officer and governance bodies.
  • Optimize tools, processes, and reports to improve the quality, speed, traceability, and auditability of information.
  • Harmonize definitions, management rules, reporting formats, and monitoring indicators across the Group.
  • Secure closing, consolidation, internal-control, and extra-financial-reporting processes.
  • Support team development through a clear framework and robust standards.
  • Manage, lead, and develop the team.
  • Strengthen employees' technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Promote cross-functional, demanding, and collaborative working with Finance, ESG, and business teams.
  • Lead the vision and transformation of the function in line with the ambitions of the Finance Department.
