Requirements
- The candidate must have a minimum of seven years of information technology experience, including at least three years of experience with Asset Suite or Passport Enterprise Asset Management product.
- Strong knowledge of Asset Suite/Passport Enterprise Asset Management technology, architecture, and development experience primarily in support, upgrades and customizations.
- Experience in managing integrated systems operations and support for enterprise software systems including Enterprise Asset Management (Passport/Asset Suite), Mobile Work Management (PragmaCAD), Mobile Field Operations System (PragmaCAD), and Asset Construction Project Management (Primavera P6).
- Ability to collaborate with other software delivery and operations and maintenance teams to ensure systems are integrated and function optimally.
- Responsible for meeting team-wide and unit-specific performance metrics and defined Service Level Agreement objectives.
- Manages operations and maintenance portfolio software including updates and security patches, application support, and monitoring of system performance.
- Evaluates operational systems to establish requirements for modification or replacement.
- Supports the development of asset management system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of enterprise asset, work, and mobile workforce management business processes.
- Participates in business process discussions and provides expertise related to PragmaCAD.
- Has at least six years of experience in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, to production implementation and support.
- Has at least six years of experience in SQL skills in Oracle and/or SQL Server.
- Has at least six years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Has at least four years of experience in design and architecture review.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse or multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience with electric or gas utility sectors and familiarity with EAM Master Data Design, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Construction Planning, Design and Financial Reconciliation.
- Analytical skills.
- Asset traceability is a plus.
- Experience with GIS and mobile integration will be a plus.
- Experience and willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- The role requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods and the ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
