What believers are saying

  • New York expansion captures U.S. institutional demand from banks and custodians.
  • John Andrews strengthens finance, capital markets, and investor relations execution.
  • Ledger’s secondary sale signals strong private-market interest and shareholder liquidity.

What critics are saying

  • Coinbase, BitGo, and Fireblocks bundle broader custody stacks against Ledger Enterprise.

  • Private status and higher U.S. expansion costs pressure margins if enterprise sales slow.

What makes Ledger unique
