- Experience with social media platforms for marketing and research purposes
- Extensive knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office software and Google Docs
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to bend and lift up to 20 pounds
- Valid driver’s license, with exceptions for larger metropolitan areas
- Enter Order Tickets, Customer Order Forms, and customer payments daily.
- Receive shipments daily and unpack them.
- Prep and steam garments for delivery and place on the proper Sales Professional's rack.
- Process returns, remakes and alterations.
- Prepare all clothing for delivery by sales professional.
- Picks up and delivers client items as needed.
- Enter all alteration instructions into the proprietary system.
- Deliver or pick up garments to/from outside tailors.
- Compile Alteration Expense Summary for in-house tailors and send to Accounting.
- Answer incoming phone calls and give messages to Sales Professional.
- Check store e-mail daily and relay information to the proper person(s).
- Make bank deposits/errands.
- Make follow-up calls to factories, customers, and corporate office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
