Requirements
  • 2-5 years of prior level 1 experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A+, Network+, Server+, and/or Security+ certifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or a related technical field
Responsibilities
  • Review ticket queues and support end users with break fix or upgrade requests.
  • Track equipment using asset management software as devices are deployed to users.
  • Problem solving at all levels when troubleshooting technical problems, from routine to highly complex.
  • Resources used in problem solving include outside contractors, vendors, systems support documentation, and operations personnel.
  • Responsible for developing and managing systems within scope set by senior management.
  • Support Microsoft SCCM, Intune.
  • Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
  • Image workstations with SCCM and deploy to end users.
  • Support server functions, VMware, Hyper-V.
  • Support of held desk functions and deployment of new technologies.
  • Support of Teams Rooms systems.
  • Position will require some after-hours support to end users.
