Requirements
  • Up to 2 years of experience as an IT individual contributor, helpdesk/IT support role
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows and Macs is essential
  • Knowledge of cloud business applications such as: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Zoom, and cloud IAM tools (Okta, Azure Active Directory); or similar tools
  • Track record of providing white glove service; enthusiastic about Information Technology
  • Proven ability to manage critical projects with limited direct supervision
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relevant experience
Responsibilities
  • Respond to Tier I support requests and collaborate with team to manage ticket queue
  • Support the physical technologies in our offices, such as conference rooms, printers, and employee desk hardware
  • Improve the processes and efficacy of IT as we move into our next stage of growth, including new hire onboarding, day-to-day support tickets, device assignment, and end-user lifecycle
  • Establish IT Self Help tools and documentation, document internal procedures
  • Collaborate with the IT Project Manager, System Administrator, and Israel IT Site with various projects
  • Provide support for workstation fleet management and automations (JAMF, Intune)
  • Work with Security team for patch management and security policy enforcement
  • Participate in evaluation and deployment of new IT systems
