- Partner with the Global Workplace Manager on priorities and initiatives on a weekly basis to ensure team objectives are being met
- Be the go-to person for the office and being a key player in culture initiatives
- Prioritize employee inquiries and requests ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
- Be the liaison for visitors & visiting employees to the office - providing assistance so they are set up with all necessary systems and services
- Assist with office relocations & new workplaces as directed by the GWM
- Provide assistance for company-wide events and leadership offsites
- Aid with new hire onboarding by providing a welcoming experience and ensuring they have a proper desk setup
- Develop and maintain workplace activities and events
- Ensure all office-related repairs are taken care of in a time-efficient manner, including routine maintenance
- Report IT-related issues to the team through support tickets and following through to ensure the job is completed
- Be proactive and ready to exceed expectations
