- Graduation from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English to ensure patient and visitor safety.
- Current Basic Life Support/ cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, as required for the applicable facility and state.
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient and family satisfaction.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Provide direct patient care.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
