Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles targeting mid to large enterprise accounts with a focus on video and display monetization
  • Identify and engage with enterprise accounts and present tailored solutions and onboard them to the monetization platform
  • Enable enterprise accounts to build and optimize their ad stack and advocate performance-driven monetization via direct ad placements
  • Forge and manage strategic relationships with premium enterprise accounts and key ad-tech partners to boost revenue and product adoption
  • Own forecasting, reporting, and customer relationship management hygiene, providing accurate and actionable revenue projections
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team with clear goals, regular feedback, and ongoing professional development
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment encouraging best-practice sharing, innovation, and achievement of individual and team targets
  • Oversee performance metrics and coaching plans to maximize productivity, deal conversion rates, and client satisfaction
