- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments

- In-depth knowledge of SMT processes, including stencil printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, and AOI
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and leveraging data for decision-making
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
- Lead and mentor the SMT process development team, including recruiting, training, and performance management to build a high-performing group
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily SMT line operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards (IPC, ESD), and efficiency metrics are consistently met
- Drive process improvements in yield, cycle time, and throughput through advanced controls, automation, and best practices
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to reduce defects, rework, and downtime
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material availability and vendor alignment
- Deliver data-driven insights and KPI reports on SMT performance and improvement initiatives to leadership
