  • Current student pursuing Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proven team player with excellent verbal, written communication/presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word) and other software systems
  • Proficiency in programming for controls implementation
  • Experience with a project or classwork related to the industrial controls preferred
Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and compile the IO list based on all process subsystem requirements and P&ID
  • Review Piping and Instrument Diagrams
  • Review electrical single line diagrams
  • Provide feedback where improvement opportunities or gap(s) are identified in protocols
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other teams/engineers on planning and execution of tasks
  • Gather and analyze data and information in support of instrument research
