About the Job: We are expanding our pool of Bilingual Spanish Speaking Education Champions for the upcoming school year. In this role, you will provide in-person academic and language support in high school Math classrooms. Working alongside teachers, you will help Spanish-speaking and ELL students understand complex mathematical concepts, build academic confidence, and succeed in both English and Spanish.

  • In-Person Programs: $27/hr - $30/hr
  • Plus: The opportunity to earn a program completion bonus of up to 10% of your total program earnings.

As an Education Champion, you'll provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep. You’ll collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive academically and personally.

Qualities We Seek:

• Passion for Learning: Dedicated to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
• Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school 
• Collaborative Spirit: Ready to work alongside teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success.
