Requirements
  • 9 to 13 years of experience in implementing modules such as Order Management (OM), Manufacturing (MFG), Planning Central, Inventory, Costing, and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
  • Must have led at least 4 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud as a solution architect
  • Ability to lead a team and provide insights on industry trends and go-to-market solutions
  • Experience in leading pre-sales activities and participating in client presentations
  • Act as an Oracle Cloud domain expert, providing best-practice guidance on supply chain business processes and implementation approaches
  • Understand business requirements and convert them into system configurations in supply chain modules
  • Proven exposure to end-to-end supply chain cycles
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
  • Correct Information Security Management
Responsibilities
  • Analyse client needs and implement software solutions
  • Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications
  • Motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality
  • Coach team members and leverage their unique strengths
  • Manage performance to deliver on client expectations
  • Identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the Firm
  • Engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) and APQC (American Productivity & Quality Center) frameworks is a plus
