- Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in React development.
- Extensive experience building web applications using MVC frameworks (ReactJS) for REST applications.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.
- Proven ability to lead a group through an architectural development process and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Logging & Monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, Grafana etc.
- Understanding of frontend security and performance.
- Develop feature sets that involve Responsive UIs with Restful Services and ensure a seamless product experience.
- Provide engineering patterns to deliver the optimal product, including implementing design patterns.
- Work closely with peers and senior engineers/architects.
- Partner with UX, product owners and business SMEs to analyze the business need and provide a supportable and sustainable engineered solution.
- Build reusable React components with Typescript & modular CSS, manage data on the client with Redux, and test everything with Jest.
- Measure and resolve performance bottlenecks, using tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, Webpage test, or custom tooling.
- Experiment with new ideas in a startup-like environment.
- Hack, extend and improve open-source tools/framework.
- Develop applications using industry best practices and adjust new methodologies that provide the business with increased flexibility and agility.
- Stay current with latest development tools, technology ideas, patterns and methodologies, and share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key stakeholders.
- Certification in Security+, Network+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, or CCSP.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area.
