What We Do

We are looking for an experienced and deeply technical Product Manager who is dedicated, driven, and passionate. This role is highly collaborative working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, experienced engineers, and various cross functional teams to build high quality services. This role will require a versatile individual who will help define, develop, and shape product vision while maintaining a customer first mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead product strategy based on detailed requirements and customer input.
• Communicate product priorities and build consensus.
• Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements.
• Lead the evolution of present and future product lines.
• Be an accountable owner who is committed to a successful outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries.
• Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development, with an emphasis on bringing high-quality products to life.
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Own product delivery within an Agile framework including proper stories, clear and well-defined acceptance criteria, and working with multiple teams to ensure a successful outcome.

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working within or supporting an Information Security Organization.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and current application portfolio (e.g., Security Operations, GRC, Performance Analytics, IT Asset Management, Integration Hub, etc.)
• Strong research and product strategy skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to life.
• Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay Range: $78,650- $121,000 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
