  • S./B.A., or advanced degree with significant coursework or experience in a quantitative discipline (data analytics, economics, mathematics, operations research, statistics, decision science, etc.)
  • Ability to design, develop and implement a revenue management strategy.
  • 2+ years related analytics, business intelligence, or decision support experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support our team who currently provide revenue management services to airports across the US. This support includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Strong forecasting skills by leading the quarterly forecasting cycle in collaboration with assigned airports, highlighting trends in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports highlighting the key information within the forecast alluding to assumptions made as part of the forecast cycle.
  • Writes and reviews end of month revenue reports highlighting key contributing factors to the monthly performance.
  • Prepares reports and other materials for regular meetings and business processes.
  • Assist with maximizing revenues with yield strategies based on rigorous quantitative analysis of historical and projected demand, competitive environment, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Recommend appropriate pricing actions and perform post-forecast audits/assessment of actions.
  • Monitor competitor activity, including off-airport parking operators, third-party aggregators, and other modes of transport.
  • Conduct market research by analyzing offsite parking locations, other large airports, and trends in ground transportation.
  • Co-ordinate online promotions with the wider team, developing and delivering promotional offers aimed at maximizing parking sales and increasing the size of the customer database.
  • Develop and utilize pricing tools on a frequent basis, including reporting dashboards, rate of sale dashboards and price recommendation tools.
  • Design revenue management plans for new business opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Using online pricing and revenue management techniques
  • Previous experience of using online booking systems would be useful but not essential.
  • Using a range of Business Intelligence tools to deliver insight, develop reporting and drive commercial decision making.
  • Designing and developing annual budgets and periodic reforcasting for airport parking or in other similar sectors.
  • Building business cases and proposals for existing clients and prospective clients.
  • Using multiple online distribution channels to maximize online sales, as well as the ability to identify the pros and cons of using multiple distribution channels.
