  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ Years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in relevant endpoint engineering areas, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing these solutions in a large-scale corporate environment.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise level IT solutions and rapidly grasp complex technical concepts and anticipate support challenges.
  • Strong technical skills in Windows and LRS VPSX / MFPsecure Print solutions.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, LRS, and Intune.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop enterprise level solutions for Managed Print and Windows PCs.
  • Manage devices using Intune, LRS, as well as other Cloud management tools.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Drive the development and implementation of end point engineering strategies aligned with Pfizer's cloud transformation goals.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of end point devices, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of end point devices, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of the budget for end point engineering, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in end point engineering, incorporating them into our strategies and practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Handle escalated issues related to end point engineering, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of end point engineering processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and potentially lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, managing both time and resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute significantly to the work within the department.
  • Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and develop new options, guided by policies in non-standard situations.
  • Review own work and seek directional review from others, potentially reviewing the work of other colleagues in a mentor role.
  • Exercise judgment utilizing knowledge and experience, becoming a resource for others in the department.
