Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of functional user Workday experience (HCM)
  • Experience with Workday EIB data load and security settings
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; ability to effectively prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle and maintain discretion with confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Perform day-to-day run the business operations, maintenance, and other functions as directed for HRIS managed systems
  • Perform basic system configuration including business processes, core tables, notifications, user security, and report writing
  • Support continuous improvement projects to improve data integrity, processes, and workflows
  • Develop, run, and provide regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards upon request
  • Monitor and audit configuration and/or process changes within the system through regular data audits and trend analysis
  • Develop and facilitate training as needed for new cross-functional stakeholders, team members, managers, and end users
  • Interact directly with internal, corporate, and external customers for planning, problem resolution, process improvement, and reporting
  • Assign and maintain user access, implement safeguards for employee data privacy and protection
  • Manage HRIS team requests through a Jira queue and ensure change controls are followed to adhere to SOX controls
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS team’s intranet, process and runbook documentation, and other training material for end users
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, manage slack channels, email queue, and internal resources sites
  • Complete compliance and government regulation reporting
