KTOS plays a significant role in Key’s ability to build enduring client relationships through innovative solutions & extraordinary service. KTOS is accountable for a variety of critical functions that are the foundation for Key’s day-to-day operations:
Enterprise Technology including architecture, networks and data centers to ensure stable systems and platforms
Enterprise Data and Information Management, enabling transformation of customer and market data into valuable insights and analytics
Enterprise Operations, spanning Origination through Default Management (1.1 million loans worth $82 billion); Deposit Operations (5 million client accounts); ACH, Wire & Check Payment Operations ($400 billion monthly), Treasury Operations
Enterprise Procurement, managing $1.3+ billion in annual spend and Key’s Third-Party Management program
Enterprise Security, including Tech Risk Management, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Fraud Detection/Management, BSA/AML Operations and Physical Security
About the Position (location: Cleveland, OH)
The KeyBank Technology, Operations & Services Rotational Analyst Program will begin with a 3-4 week orientation that will include skill training in soft skills, technical business software, and line of business specific acumen.
The KTOS analyst program is 18 months in duration consisting of three six-month rotations in 1 or more of the tracks below. Each analyst will receive on-the-job training in each rotation. Placement after rotations will be determined based on the strengths and interest of the individual and business need.

Operations Track: KTOS Operations teams deliver world-class operations solutions and continual process improvements while supporting multiple lines of business.
Opportunities for intern placement:
Orientation that will introduce you to Key’s infrastructure and the business
Professional etiquette, Excel, ® PowerPoint,® and on-the-job training
Gain exposure to senior leaders and develop an understanding of the Technology, Ops and Services functions
Direct coaching and feedback on your performance
Practical, hands-on experience
On-the-job training, Excel and PowerPoint, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, VBA
Enhancing soft skills, problem resolution and critical thinking
Opportunities to use industry leading software (examples include: Tableau, ServiceNow, Visual Studio, Jira, Automation Anywhere, Jenkins, PowerShell, HTML, C#, Python, SQL, JavaScript)

The Ideal Candidate should:
Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, Software Engineering, Web Development, Computer Programming, Network Engineering, Game Design and System Administration or related field or Industrial Engineering, Operations, Statistics/ Mathematics, Business or related field
Relevant work or internship experience
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Be actively involved in community and/or extracurricular activities
Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
