  • Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly
  • Six (6) years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development
  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
  • Strong skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules with strong ability to identify and characterize project dependencies
  • Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including briefing senior/executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedule, issues and risks
Responsibilities
  • You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
  • You will work closely with the development teams and contribute to product architecture and design
  • You will develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships
  • You will prioritize, lead, and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignments
  • You will evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes, issues, and risks
  • You will escalate project risks to the appropriate MetroStar and client stakeholders
