Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio in both frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue) and backend (C#, .NET, JAVA) technologies
  • Proficiency in implementing solutions in cloud (AWS, Azure), including serverless environments
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into a well-executed technical roadmap
  • Demonstrated experience with microservices architecture, designing, deploying, and managing independently scalable service components
  • Experience with GraphQL for building APIs and efficient data retrieval
  • Strong background in SQL or NoSQL, database design, and complex data architectures
  • Proficient in AWS OpenSearch for building scalable search and analytics solutions, including indexing, querying, and optimizing search performance in distributed systems
  • Skilled in AI-first development practices utilizing Claude Cursor or Codex for intelligent code generation, accelerated development workflows, and enhanced productivity
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of DevOps practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and leadership skills
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, especially with claims processing is a plus
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for a healthcare insurance platform
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features that meet the complex demands of the healthcare sector
  • Ensure application security and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, focusing on performance and scalability
  • Implement serverless architectures on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to optimize backend functionality
  • Utilize modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) to create responsive user interfaces
  • Integrate and customize rules engines for automated decision-making and efficiency
  • Employ microservices architecture to enhance application scalability, resilience, and deployment efficiency

Paymedix Launches Partnership With Benefits Platform Xo Health

Healthcare financing firm PayMedix has teamed with care/benefits platform XO Health.The partnership gives XO Health’s network of self-insured employers, third-party administrators and value-based providers access to PayMedix’s healthcare financing solution, according to a Tuesday (Feb. 4) news release.“Our mission has always been to improve people’s ability to access and afford healthcare when they need it, while simultaneously removing the complexity and administrative burden of bill collection and processing from providers, and simplifying billing for patients,” PayMedix CEO Tom Policelli said in the release.“Our partnership with XO Health aligns with this mission. We’re disrupting the way people access and pay for healthcare together.”According to the release, the partnership gives XO Health members access to PayMedix’s interest-free payment plans, which cover all in-network medical bills, up to their out-of-pocket maximum.
