Requirements
  • 5+ years of related professional experience (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, private equity, healthcare innovation, medical devices, enterprise technology)
  • Roll-up-the-sleeves approach with strong executive presence and analytical rigor
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Comfort working across disciplines and in high ambiguity
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels

Responsibilities
  • Drive annual strategic planning and run our company-wide OKR program
  • Lead and manage the regular management cadence (e.g., executive and functional leadership meetings, executive planning sessions, leadership offsites)
  • Oversee preparation for quarterly Board of Directors meetings (e.g., discussion materials, written investor updates)
  • Manage complex strategies and projects across a wide range of teams and priorities
  • Develop business and project plans for initiatives that cut across the organization, including new go-to-market opportunities and improvements to internal operations
  • Oversee and direct select initiatives from development through successful execution
  • Create structure, focus, and analysis for broad, ambiguous ideas
  • Help the CEO and other executives make better decisions
  • Serve as the connective tissue across the company, working to share knowledge and drive the broader Eko team towards company goals and targets
  • Facilitate effective decision-making and communication throughout the organization
