Inside Sales Representative
Location: Asturias
Hybrid (3 days office based) OR full time onsite

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join us at our facility in Asturias.
The selected person will be supporting the Sales Teams across EMEA, joining a stablished multinational and a diverse, experienced and multicultural team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned tasks: key administrative duties as well as research, data analysis, and accounting functions.
- Filters out important market and customer information and maintains and distributes this in the organization using CRM system (Salesforce.com).
- Interacts with broader network of internal Axalta Partners to ensure that the customers’ requirements are understood and commitments are met.
- Performs standard Customer and Master Data creation and maintenance activities following defined procedures and guidelines in SAP as well as in salesforce.com.
- Responsible for customer agreements approval process, follow up and CRM maintenance.
- Performs quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions.
- Follows desk procedures/policies in compliance with SOX, ISO and other requirements. Executes where defined controls or maintains documents needed for evidence.
- Performs active follow-up on sales versus forecast. Interacts with the customer to get better understanding of variations.
- Analysing sales of customers to take correct decisions on customer level and segmentation.
- Interact with internal stakeholders such as CSR Team Leaders, CSR, Sales and Sales Managers, Supply Chain and Demand Specialists to meet customer and policy requirements.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as customers, warehouses, carriers and shipping agents.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, SFDC, and Outlook.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Advanced knowledge of Axalta Performance Coatings products and operations.
- Six Sigma/Green Belt certification (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and leadership abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Presentation and problem-solving expertise.
- Building sustainable relationships, team collaboration, impactful communication, coaching, championing change, decision-making, and business acumen.
