Responsibilities
  • In partnership with IT, Payroll and Consultants, establish a plan for UKG Ready system changes, new functionality/upgrades, and interfaces to and from other systems, both internal and external
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with HR, Payroll, and/or other peers to support technology enablement of HR and Payroll's business processes
  • Facilitating monthly training for new users of the system. Designing user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for new global systems including HR database design, implementation projects (determining costs, timetables and compatibility)
