Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRIS Analyst and/or HRIS manager position
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with database administration, labor laws and regulations, employee benefit and compensation programs
- Understanding of data and reporting management including data integrity, privacy & security, and data sensitivity
- Strong data analytics skills and ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic HR decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, functions, etc.)
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Great data visualization skills and user-centric thinking
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams through a data-driven approach
Responsibilities
- In partnership with IT, your HR peers, Payroll, and Consultants, create specifications for HRIS (UKG Ready) system changes, new functionality/upgrades, and interfaces to and from other systems, both internal and external
- Organize and facilitate meetings with HR, Payroll, and/or other peers to determine system goals and capture requirements
- Facilitating monthly training for new users of the system. Designing user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation
- Determine cost, timetable, and compatibility for new systems
- Consult with field leaders to define and document user requirements to implement new systems and processes
- Benefits feeds and enrollment
- Design, implement and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc reports with key HR metrics and insights
- Accurately analyze and collect internal and external data for various types of HR reports to identify changes in business and market trends
- Build reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using multiple data sources to meet business requirements, including team and individual performance, process evaluations, data integrity and report audits
- Work with internal stakeholders to answer data & reporting questions and ensure reports meet business needs, work on cross-functional projects and share best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with and building reports with data extracted from various HRIS systems
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools
- Experience using labor market data and analytics tools
- Experience editing pre-existing dashboards and the design & build of new dashboards
- Willingness and proven ability to learn new software and/or experience with UKG, Microsoft Visio, Project, SharePoint, Teams, and other data analysis, visualization & reporting tools
