What will the internship be like?
As Human Resources intern you’ll be helping the team in any query they might have and support the department in all the areas.
You’ll be supervised by the People & Culture Director.
Your day-to-day
- Assist new team members with the documents required.
- Assist the new team members with their orientation day.
- Create and post job positions in different job portals.
- Assist job fairs and school workshops.
- Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
What we need from you
Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in HR, tourism or related field.
Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for 6 months preferably.
Must be fluent in English.
Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for people and hospitality.
